Palacios Remondo Finca La Montesa 2020, Rioja Osborne aged on its fine leesMonte Yerga Oriental Alfaro A winery taken over by lvaro Palacios from his father in 2000, Remondo is meant to highlight Garnacha as a response to the overproduction of Tempranillo in the 1990s. The fruit for Remondo comes from three villages (Valtomelloso, Valfro & Valviejo) with vine average age around 35 years. Grapes are hand harvested, 20% whole cluster, fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, aged for one year in French oak barrels.
