This old gueuze is a blend of old and young lambic matured in large oak barrels called foudres

and we used both jonge and two-year old lambik from seven barrels and eleven brews

Vandenbroek Watergeus Peach + Plum Denmark Each have differences but areWatergeus is a mixed beer of at least five carefully selected barrels of spontaneously fermented beers, which have matured for an average of two years in our beer cellars. We are inspired by the Brussels lambic tradition but, out of respect for our colleagues, do not call this beer 'Oude Geuze'. The beer is wood fired in copper kettles and has been fermented and aged in oak barrels. We do not use any chemicals or other additives at all. The result is
