Arak Al Mimas Named after Château Kefraya’s veryArak Al Mimas is one of the most famous and well known traditional Syrian arak. It is manufactured near Zaidal in the Homs governorate of Syria. Arak al Mimas is distilled three times from the spirit of wine fermented using the freshest Syrian al Ubaidi grapes, and the most delicate Aniseeds from Heyna are added. It is produced according to traditional methods and Syrian standard specifica
