Fairview Goats do Roam Goat-Roti 2017 St. Joseph consists mainly of the hardIntense, dark ruby colour. Notes of dark red fruit, broody spice and violets with a crack of black pepper. A complex and layered palate with hints of sweet dark fruit and cinnamon, finishing with juicy tannins. The Paarl fruit was co fermented with Viognier, as both varieties were ripe at the same time. The Darling Shiraz is from a cooler site and harvested later and was fermented and aged separately. The Swartland fruit is from a dry land vineyard
