Designed for use with Evo style cam and S&S Evo tappets and tappet blocks for Shovelheads. Drilled, for use with 'through the pushrod' top end oiling systems. Fits S&S SH series motors and OEM Shovel with top end oiling Evo style with S&S 512493 rocker arms, S&S Evo style tappets, tappet guides and an Evo B. T. style cam. Note: Stock replacement for S&S 107" and 111" EV series engines.
