This is a pair of specially designed levers used to remove or lift the hairspring with collet attached off the balance wheel. The ends of these levers are very fine polished blades notched in the center. Using the pair of levers, one in each hand, the fine blade is inserted between the hairspring collet and the balance wheel. Apply a gentle
