These are among the oldest vines on their seven and a half hectares in Arbois Pupillin, farmed organically since 2010 and certified from 2012. Old vines give less fruit and concentrate what they do give, and it shows in density rather than in weight. Orchard fruit and citrus peel with a nutty edge, a real chalky grip through the middle,
