Rosa X 2022, 1L China Fragrant and serious at onceRosa X is Andi Mann's least serious wine and all the better for it, a litre of pale, easy red that sits somewhere between a light red and a deep ros and does not much care which. Organic fruit from Eckelsheim, indigenous yeasts, a light touch in the cellar. Fresh red berries, a twist of citrus peel and a floral edge, dry and supple with clean acidity and no weight to speak of. Chill it properly and pour it freely. It comes in a litre for a reason.
