In 1998, the family planted red varietals and revamped the farm for wine production. This tinto is made from a single parcel of 50+ year old vines from the limestone and clay soils of Sierra de Miramar. Cold maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Wine is aged in French oak for five months.
