#13 Sapphire/Steel Ursulas Return Despite being the stronger of the two starter decks released in Ursulas Return, Sapphire/Steel is not the greatest of all time

Furthermore, since this is a Jeskai deck, you cant even play most of the good green energy cards that came out of Kaladesh block, things like Attune with Aether and Longtusk Cub

Maybe its just because the last few sets have had so many, but there seems to have been a conscious effort on Wizards part to cut down on the number of new commanders in this set
