Seraph of the Scales isnt the most powerful card out there, but I think its a fun card that can do well by itself in formats like Limited or casual EDH

EX Power Keepers (February 2007) was the final English expansion to include them, and Japans World Champions Pack (July 2007) was the last Japanese printing

We may assume a similar pattern for Orvar, unless it breaks new unexpected ground in other formats

Baleful Strix 3.7 Power 3.9 Support 3.5 I almost resent this card as it is just too good with no drawback or choices to speak of and it sort of isn't a real magic card putting in a very similar bracket to Scavenging Ooze
