Why this exists: cards are cut in stacks
He's a bearded guy with antlers, and while this card doesn't give much of a context to what he is, he's essentially a creature that grows stronger and stronger the more forests you have played, and it itself can transform other lands into forests with its ability
The set is also packed with eight other variants: Borderless concept Praetor, borderless Ichor, Phyrexian language, extended art, borderless lands, showcase, Step and Compleat foil treatments, and Oil Slick foil treatments
According to the RC's explanation for the ban "tapping out at a healthy life total against an opponent with nothing but any 5-color Commander in play shouldn't cause you to lose the game, unless you have signed up for that kind of experience." If I were to design a 'fair' version of Coalition Victory, it would require every color and every land to be accounted for by a different card
