I dont take the card extremely highly, but I see it go late and I dont believe that should be the case

In addition to there being fewer Collector Boosters than players expected, the increase in the price of various cards from the box has caused them to skyrocket to ridiculous levels

The static ability is yet another token doubling effect (Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Parallel Lives) that players will gladly take the redundancy for in singleton formats like EDH

Brazen Borrower is largely in this deck just because having access to Petty Theft gives you so much more versatility in your play-patterns, and the fact that you then get a 3/1 flyer is an excellent bonus
