Cheltenham is primarily a lager drinking town, and so we saved one of our favourite lager recipes to honour a place our family has called home for nearly 200 years. Chelt Lager is brewed with heirloom 2 row barley and hopped liberally with one of our favourite lager hops: Saphir. Its a malt forward lager that is soft and crispy, while also having a notable hop presence.
