Due to the new design the R4 has fewer parts, is lighter and will now fit on 4" deep snare drums. Other features include a user adjustable friction control for the snare tension control and the swivel lever. Mounting spacing is adjustable from 1 2 inch up to 1 1 8 inches with the unique slotted mounting channel hole design. Included mounting screws will work
