The aromatics show elements of citrus and green apple, with white blossom and tart raspberry, and subtle notes of toasted bread. On the palate, flavours of tart Granny Smith apple and fresh citrus are immediate, with a subtle brioche character, and a delicate hint of strawberry, leading to a lingering, clean finish. This is a dry and zesty wine which is an ideal apritif style, and
