From left to right, we see Ludovicus Beltrn holding a gun that's transformed into a crucifix, Franciscus Borgia with a host, Cajetanus van Thiene with a lily branch, Philippus Benitius with a skull, and Rosa of Lima carrying a rosary and the Christ Child.
