Star shaped gold setting with the rich red, faceted cut garnets arranged in a star shape, the earrings are closed at the back. Largest garnets to the centre with further smaller garnets surrounding. They have a screwback fitting that works well, made from solid 9ct yellow gold, one marked 9ct both tested as 9ct. Very well made and exceptionally pretty pair of antique earrings that can be
