But for rating synergy with the Pokmon it evolves into (either Raichu HS or Raichu Prime), I give it a solid 8/10 for usable attacks and synergy with the Pokmon thats supposed pair with its evolution, but it still has that donkable 60 HP that Tornadus EX laughs at.
