At first, I thought this might have something to do with the order that the decks were previewed (in theory, decks that are previewed first will have more time for their cards to decrease in price), but considering Sultai Morph was the first decklist released, this doesn't seem to be the case

Conniving is the name of the game with this deck, but the creatures sometimes don't mesh well with the strategy, and instead it gets a little lost, especially if you can't get good Connive cards on the board early on

Vehicle commander decks have a bonus of their creatures being primarily Vehicles, protecting themselves from board wipes and targeted creature destruction

The Gaffer Mono-white Commander decks can struggle with card draw, so The Gaffer is a good solution to that
