Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer Im a sucker for cost reduction in the command zone because it often means you have access to your commander more consistently than players who need to pay the full for each recast, so Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer caught my eye

This makes sense, since both sets were the first time back on planes which had pretty underpowered sets the first time around, so perhaps were righting the historical balance at WotC
