Shard of the Void Dragon This precon contains exactly two non-artifact creature cards, each depicting an avatar of the Ctan: immortal energy beings who once ruled over the Necrons as gods
If an effect causes a God to lose all abilities, its ability that causes it to stop being a creature still applies if appropriate
Unfortunately, there arent many turn 2 creatures that make it Day for this to matter, and beyond turn three, this measures up terribly against whatever your opponent is doing (and already is poor against most two drops)
I'm like, 'Okay, I am here for that.' I am going to help you guys do that, but the first thing that happened is this one lady--I always say, "draw seven cards, that's your opening hand"--and she immediately goes, "I've got four threes." I kind of went, 'Okay, well, that's great, but this is a game where what you get on the table matters and your hand doesn't matter as much." It's one of those things we realized through teaching the game
