Hope Well Improbable Rosé Santa Rita Hills This wine plays in theHope Well's 2022 Improbable Ros Noir is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chenin Blanc, sourced from Mimi Casteel's organically farmed vineyard in Oregon's Eola Amity Hills AVA. The grapes were co fermented, with Chenin Blanc layered between tiers of Pinot Noir and lightly treaded. After a four day maceration, the juice was gently pressed into four neutral French oak barrels, resulting in a currant colored wine. The Pinot contributes red berry notes
