They feel that the elevation helps ensure freshness in the wines in the constantly changing climate. This bottling comes from the area of Curtil Vergey, and is aged in barrel and ceramic clayver to help preserve freshness and promote some texture. Riper stone fruit with a saline mineral touch make the wine truly delicious.
