This Coconut Caramel rum from Bombo in Cornwall is made using the same ingredients as their Coconut and Caramel Spiced Rum Liqueur but this is a Rum and is so bottled at a Higher Strength ABV

They decided on a long night at around 3am to buy a Still and produce their own Gin

Before their slow cook distillation they steep their botanicals, including Lebanese mint, for an exceptionally long time. This creates great depth of flavour whilst maintaining and developing all of the complexity, balance, smoothness and long finish.
