I have worn it this way for years and it can be worn this way if someone wanted to size it they could have it size very easily or soldered as it sits right now it is a sz five

The belt buckle is smaller to medium size and the only signature that I can find on it is Pat pending it is backed in leather so I’m not sure what it is made of probably some type of base metal but I’m not sure
