Janice Barringer Ballet Syllabus – Introduction to Ballet (Audio CDs) Music Your Jazz & Tap dancersIntroduction to Ballet Technique Introduction to Ballet is the first level of Janice Barringers Ballet Technique and is designed specifically for beginning ballet students ages 56. This level gently develops early coordination, balance, posture, and musical awareness while introducing foundational ballet concepts in a playful, age appropriate way. At this stage, students learn to move with the music, explore natural parallel positions, and build safe
