It has a deep amber color, orange marmalade appearance, and is non chill filtered. The whisky has notes of dried apricots, caramel butterscotch, candle wax, green apples, nutmeg, and rosemary. On the palate, it has caramel, dried currants, and coriander seeds. Some say the whisky grows on you with each sip, layering on new complexity but never
