These are guys that dont want the MM3 device in each vehicle, so they prefer a more affordable option to get their vehicles running at their best, then back out on the job. These units come registered with a greater number of vin licenses compared to the standard MM3 units. A new support pack purchase is still required with each truck needing tuned.
