京都の陶芸家、通次廣さんの御本茶碗、茂三。茂三は高麗茶碗の一種で、朝鮮への注文によって制作された御本茶碗の一つ。枇杷色のボディには御本斑が現れており、所々に石はぜが景色を作っています。腰から高台にかけては削り出されており、石粒が多く現れ胴部とは異なった表情が見られます。見込みには一筋の刷毛目、そして見込み奥のほのかな窯変も見どころ。小茶盌ながら作家の魅力を隅々まで感じられる作品です。
