We use high quality milled lemongrass to ensure that this product is free from all stringiness bittiness normally associated with lemongrass. Like all our other purees, we use 3 simple ingredients A single Variety of Fruit, Chilli or Vegetable, Cider Vinegar & Salt. We created this product fed up with the fact that most similar purees have
