This seems to have gained some heft and roundness to the profile. Not quite as spicy and volatile as before, now delivering a plush and almost salty tinge to it as it crosses the tongue. Got better over the first hour of air open and then it cruised along with lovely fruit that I wouldn't immediately pinpoint as Gamay. Perhaps Pinot Noir or Grenache. A very fun wine. 9 15 2025
