2019 Jerome Coessens Largillier Blanc de Noirs Brut Sagrantino Tertre-Rôteboeuf is 80% Merlot and100% Pinot Noir, harvested from the Fruit and Fleur parcels within Jermes vineyard, aged for about 2 years on the lees, and with a dosage of 6 grams liter, so on the drier side of Brut. Roughly 800 cases were produced. This is his flagship wine and is a shining ambassador for all Pinot Noir from the Ctes de Bar. Lovely fruits, both fresh and dried, on the nose, with beautiful minerality, intensity and freshness. Just gorgeous.
