La Maison Carrée - Oeil de Perdrix Auvernier Rosé 2021 Cataratto All of the winesL'Oeil de Perdrix, a specialty from the canton of Neuchtel, is in fact a Pinot Noir ros whose name refers to the color of the bird. Not having been protected when it was created, the name Oeil de Perdrix quickly spread elsewhere in Switzerland and is now found almost everywhere in French speaking Switzerland. This wine, from the Domaine de la Maison Carre is an example of balance and power, a real summer pleasure.
