This is brought up in a combination of one to three year old barrels. Breezy, lime inflected nose, with pear skin and capsicum, heather honey and meadow blossoms. Bright, fresh, lightly lactic attack with firm fresh apple fruit, green and gold, and cinnamon, developing a good mid palate
