Hakutaka - Umeshu Size:720 ml Made using soft spring waterCarefully selected ume fruit are steeped in tokubetsu junmai sake, which is made with 100% Designation A Yamadanishiki rice from the revered Yoshikawa area of Hyogo. Sweet and thick with bits of fruit pulp, this plum sake is at its best when mixed with soda water, or served over ice to keep it chilled and slowly dilute it with water. It is brewed only once a year in limited quantities.
