Oenops Xinomav Raw 2019 (750ml) South Coast under the appellation Valtellina SuperioreOenops is an exciting, minimal intervention winery based in Drama, but they source grapes from all over Greece. This 100% xinomavro, sourced from 40 year old vines in Naoussa and 60 year old vines in Rapsani, is fermented and aged for six months in amphorae and produced without added sulphites hence Xinomavraw! Its aromas include wild cherries, plums and herbs while the palate is unoaked, juicy, pure and red fruited.
