Domaine Labranche Laffont Tannat 2024 (750ml) Reserva Hints of crushed stones andChristine Dupuy took the first step to defy stereotypes back in 1993 becoming the youngest female winemaker in the region and the second step being that of changing the perception of the Tannat grape. Traditionally regarded as a tannic beast, this one is whilst it is is deep, with aromas of spices, leather, and dark chocolate with ripe soft blackberries and smooth sweetness, the tannins are fine. A hint of carbonic lift too.
