This limited time nama (unpasteurized sake), collected immediately after pressing, lives up to that promise, delivering a refreshingly fruity taste with a soft acidity. Subtle rice flavor comes through in the aftertaste for a touch of umami. Its a gentler, lower ABV sake compared to some of their other genshu (undiluted sake).
