Els Jelipins Rose 2024 (750ml) Ibiza They started their own estateEls Jelipins has no real meaning, but is meant to convey a feeling. This tiny family winery is dedicated to the rare Sumoll grape, which is native to Peneds. This dry ros is a blend of mostly Sumoll with about a third Macabeu, both from 100 year old vines. Two days on the skins are followed by aging in beeswax lined amphora. A savory, earthy ros to pair with xat salad.
