This Single Malt is 17 years old and bottled at a cask strength of 53. 9% abv. This Highland Park Ice is part of a series and it's sister release will be the "Fire" edition. Nose: Singed straw, burnt milk, coconut creme brulee, baked banana, bonfire of gorse and heather, smoked almonds, mango & chilli salsa, pineapple singed on a bbq, anise. Palate: Sooty sugared almonds, vanilla pods in
