Its glossy dark green foliage has wonderful large leaves with a corrugated almost leathery look and feel to them. It is a popular plant and would be a great starting point if you wanted to create a tropical look and feel to your home. It can however be somewhat temperamental so make sure you check on it regularly to make sure it behaves itself!
