Murdered By Hollywood (DVD) Maysles but also the question -Some murders should be left unsolved. A university professor, Matthew Alford, suspects the CIA killed a Hollywood screenwriter to protect a government secret. Alford believes it was an assassination, disguised as a car accident. So, he contacts a filmmaker to document the evidence he has accumulated. When Alford receives a phone call warning him to leave the case alone, he heads to Hollywood to conduct his own investigation. With unprecedented access
