Lush lemon curd and oatmeal scents and flavours with touches of saline sea spray, ginger spice notes, green apple and faint quince elements. It has a glorious, dart shaped form in the palate, stretching long and to a fine, squeaky point, with faint, talc like tannins lending shape. A clever and sophisticated (and great drinking!) rendering of SB here.
