This is a blend of malt whiskies from his extensive stocks, including whisky matured in mizunara fragrant Japanese oak. Outstandingly rare, with only very limited amounts available to the whisky industry to use to make casks, mizunara is uniquely fragrant and adds a refined and almost incense like air to this whisky
