Kiridashi Day 2024 Kamon Knives A beautifully well made knifeEvery year for the last three years we have visited Martin Huber at his workshop in Styer, Austria. Mainly a social visit simply to have a little fun and forge a few knives. As a tradition we have always forged a Kiridashi, and this year we decided to produce a batch of four.
